The Rodin Cars Hurunui Garden Festival runs over 4 days, from Thursday 29 November - Sunday 1 November this year.
The festival stretches from Hamner Springs in the north to Amberley in the south, with 21 gorgeous gardens and three historic homesteads, most of which are not normally open to the public.
Every location is distinctive, from quaint and whimsical hideaways to expansive, formal landscapes. Expect to encounter lush borders, creative plant combinations, eye-catching textures, and striking garden sculptures. You’ll find something to spark inspiration in every garden. A special feature of the festival is the chance to meet the garden owners and share in their knowledge and enthusiasm. They know that a picture paints a thousand words, because the committee are commited gardeners too!
